After founding the Cranach Press at Weimar in 1913, he commissioned type designs from Edward Johnston and a book version of Gordon Craig's staging of Hamlet with designs by Craig. Incoming correspondence, largely in English, with a small number of drafts or carbon copies of outgoing letters.
